Co-Operation: Sales representative
2.1. WHO may become an SR?
A KOMANDOR SR may be any entity (having legal status, or private persons conducting economic operations) willing to commit to a co-operation agreement with KOMANDOR. A specimen of this Agreement is provided later on in this booklet.
The best possible candidates are persons who are ambitious, striving for success, expect a high salary, are well groomed, possess good manners with courteous and professional conduct.
SR's may devote to his or her job any amount of time they believe necessary. It is obvious that the amount of time you can devote to your work will be reflected in your success. Thus, being an SR may be either the only source to earn your living, or an additional activity to your core job. You may be a person with no job or profession presently, or someone who can only devote a portion of your daily time to SR duties (i.e. a college/university student, seasonal employee, part-time employee, housewife, etc.).

2.2. A job for architects?
Let us pay attention to the following facts:
  • Working out designs in line with client requirements is typically an architect's job.
  • SR's essential job is to prepare a design in accordance with the customer's particular needs. Thus, being a professional architect is similar to the 'KOMANDOR Standard' concept of how an SR functions.
  • Architects using a computer in their work will find themselves in an advantageous position since they can minimize their costs by acquiring a 'KOMANDOR Fabricator' program.
  • Openings for built-in wardrobes may be designed by means of specifying in the design the I.D. number attached to a given order, as generated by 'KOMANDOR Fabricator' software.
  • Having designed the structure, a given order has to be delivered (i.e. by means of the WWW) into the KOMANDOR computer system.
  • Regardless of the location or date where the structure is being installed, the Komandor system will identify (read) it on the basis of an order number as attached thereto within the design. Subsequently, the design will be updated and executed by the AD.
  • With completion of a given order, the designing architect will be notified on the Web that the order has been implemented.
  • With the completed task, the architect becomes entitled to a commission from KF amounting to 10% of the order value.

2.5. What resources must be invested, and what is the expected return?
Bear in mind that the numbers used herein below are scores relating to an average order whose value equals 1000 pts. (Appendix 1)
These are general estimates and may vary from region to region.
Herein, an order is referred to as a single built-in structure. In certain instances, one client may have ordered more than one built-in system installed. Therefore, we have to avoid mixing up the number of orders with the number of clients.
How do we re-calculate the score value into a monetary one? An identical order has namely to be generated out of the 'KOMANDOR Fabricator' computer software program, and its value identified (Appendix 1).

Definition:

2.5.1. Start-up capital

Computer Notebook
4 500.00 pts.
Portable printer
1 000.00 pts.
Mobile phone
400.00 pts.
TOTAL
5 900.00 pts.

2.5.2. Fixed costs - Variable Costs per month
Costs that should be considered with any such type of activity:

Transportation
280.00 pts.
Social insurance
320.00 pts.
'KOMANDOR Fabricator' software program
150.00 pts.
Office materials
150.00 pts.
Telephone
400.00 pts.
Advertising
600.00 pts.
Equipment depreciation
350 pts.
TOTAL
2 250.00 pts.

2.5.3. Profit
SR monthly income:
With 100 orders per month,
order value = 1000 pts.,
commission = 10%,

the income equals: 100 x 1000 pts. x 0,1 = 10 000 pts.
whereas the gross profit is: 10 000 pts. - 2 250 pts. = 7 750 pts.

The final net-profit result is decreased by the income tax. The after-tax amount may vary and depend on several different factors; hence, the tax has to be determined separately for each individual entity.

How much resources are required for operations?
FOR A FULL-TIME SR, ANY AND ALL INVESTMENTS WILL BE RETURNED AFTER A TWO-MONTH PERIOD OF OPTIMAL OPERATIONS
